The four-level building, located at 7777 Fay Ave., was constructed in 1983. The property's main tenants at the time of sale were Smith Barney, Charles Schwab, T.D. Waterhouse, Coast Mortgage, Carlisle Enterprises, and the law firms of Ferguson, Newborn & Weston and Nugent & Newnham. Marie Prescott Properties purchased the property from The Shidler Group.
