Binswanger/CBB represented Spang & Co. in the sale of a 219,400-square-foot industrial building on 40 acres located in Canton, N.C. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Consolidated Metro Inc., a manufacturer of lightweight aluminum components for the heavy-duty transportation industry, purchased the property from Spang & Co. Consolidated Metro will use the Canton plant to expand its North Carolina manufacturing operations.
