Foxtons North America has appointed Van Davis as president and CEO, effective immediately. Davis is the former president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corp.  Davis, 45, left Century 21 to lead Foxtons, a discount residential real estate brokerage that operates in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Davis plans to lead Foxtons into more major markets and make it a national player in the residential real estate business. "There is more net worth invested in real estate than ever before. Additionally, technology has fostered significant change in the real estate needs and expectations of both home buyers and home sellers. With the addition of our upgraded premium quality services we will be well positioned to meet those new demands," Davis said.  Davis began his career at Century 21 in 1985 as a sales associate and later purchased a Century 21 franchise in Maine.
