Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Pacifica Real Estate Group purchased a new, fully occupied office building totaling 65,823 square feet in Agoura Hills, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $12.7 million.

The two-story property is situated on 3.5 acres at 30301 Agoura Rd., immediately south of Interstate 101.

Kennedy Western University occupies 34,191 square feet of the building, and Employers Insurance Co. occupies the balance, which is 31,632 square feet.

Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services represented Pacifica Real Estate Group in this transaction. GVA DAUM represented Katell Investment Co. LLC, the developer and seller of the property.

Pacifica Real Estate Group is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, brokerage, and management of real property.
