BT Commercial brokered the sale and lease agreements of 130,339 square feet of industrial space for a variety of clients in the San Francisco Bay Area last week.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
Tony Beatty and Barry Cohn with BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI Oakland represented the buyer in the purchase of two buildings totaling 62,000 square feet located at 1707 & 1715 64th St in Emeryville. BRE Properties Inc. purchased the buildings for planned, high-density, residential redevelopment.
Gary Fracchia & Paul Beckwith with BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI Oakland represented both sides of the transaction in the lease of 28,000-square-foot facility located at 440 High St in Oakland. The landlord, Michael Pond, leased the premises to Capital Recycling for 120 months.
Tom Damaschino with BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI of Oakland represented the tenant, American Residential Services LLC, in the lease of an 18,000-square-foot space located at 600 McCormick St in San Leandro. The landlord, Java Properties, LLC, was represented by Mike Barry with CB Richard Ellis of Oakland.
Mark Maguire & Joe Fabian with BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI of Oakland represented the tenant, ETS Direct, in the lease of a 22,339-square-foot space located at 1550 Whipple Rd in Union City for 63 months. The owner, Tulloch Construction, was self-represented.
