Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust purchased the 195,566-square-foot Cranberry Square Shopping Center in Cranberry Township, Pa. The value of the transaction was $20.22 million. The property houses a Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Office Max, Dick's Sporting Goods and Toys "R" Us. The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
