Rexford Properties has acquired a 161,129-square-foot industrial park in Fullerton, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $13.4 million.

A San Francisco-based limited liability corporation operating as Market Street Properties sold the property.

The Fullerton Business Center is a 20-year-old industrial park located at 2300-2386 East Walnut Ave. The property was 85 percent leased at the time of the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield, a privately held real estate services company, represented Rexford in this transaction.

Rexford Industrial LLC, with offices in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, is an acquisition, development, and management company that purchases industrial real estate.
