Real estate technology provider Broker 1 Suite today launched a real estate lead aggregation product to manage multiple leads and lead sources for real estate agents. The millions of home shoppers beginning their home search online has created a growing need in the industry for online lead generation and management tools.
Broker 1’s product, LeadTrax, aims to streamline lead reception, qualification, incubation, distribution, tracking and reporting processes for the real estate industry. It can receive leads from an unlimited number of sources, qualify and then assign leads to multiple resources simultaneously, according to the company.
The product was developed on Microsoft’s .NET platform. LeadTrax integrates into current Web sites, e-mail, or other lead-generation programs, and features a login system that allows parties involved with a transaction to collaborate, providing a single source for lead assignment, tracking, accountability and reporting, regardless of where or how the lead was generated.
