Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Marcus Adams Capital LLC, a Los Angeles-based private investment group, in the purchase of a 103,667-square-foot office/R&D property in Placentia, Calif. The transaction was valued at $13.3 million. The four-building project, known as Placentia Corporate Center, is located at 721-781 Kimberly and 600-660 Placentia Ave. It was 91 percent occupied at the time of sale.
