Fidelity National Financial reported Thursday that its Real Estate Solutions Division has implemented a fully integrated suite of Web-based tools developed for agents and brokers.
The suite includes Fidelity’s BrokerOffice and AgentOffice systems, which aim to help agents and brokers establish an online presence and take advantage of Internet-based leads and business opportunities.
BrokerOffice Suite provides agents with online tools to develop and manage their Web sites. Once their Web sites have been established, this system captures critical contact information from site visitors, allowing users to automatically follow up on leads. To track their online marketing progress, agents can use an Online Customer Relationship Management System feature. With this Suite, agents are also able to create informative Consumer Marketing Analysis reports.
Long & Foster, one of the largest real estate services companies in the nation, has private-labeled BrokerOffice Suite as Procura AWS. The company launched Procura AWS with its more than 12,000 real estate agents earlier this year.
