Weichert Relocation Resources has launched the next generation of its proprietary broker network. The Weichert Broker Network is a team of brokers carefully selected, trained and accredited by Weichert to assist relocating employees with real estate purchase and sale transactions.
Brokers are selected for the network based on proven experience in working with relocating employees and their families, market penetration and customer service reputation. Brokers meeting these criteria must undergo comprehensive accreditation training.
Upon completion of the program, brokers are certified as Relocation Specialists and invited to join the Weichert Broker Network.
Once accredited, brokers must commit to meeting specific service level targets, designed to ensure professionalism, timeliness and value. Weichert manages to strict performance metrics, and agent performance is closely monitored at every stage of each transaction through feedback solicited from clients and relocating employees, allowing for point-to-point control over the entire process.
