Birdview Technologies, a provider of Web-based software for real estate brokerages and agents, has released its newest brokerage enterprise platform, Branded Home Search.
The platform enables real estate brokerages to brand the content of a brokerage Web site to a sales agent after a consumer has chosen an agent to work with.
The Branded Home Search suite operates exclusively on the brokerage’s Web site and uses the MLS listing data through the broker’s appropriate IDX (Internet Data Exchange) reciprocity program or through a Virtual office Web site, or VOW, access to listing data.
The Branded Home Search is a new feature in Birdview’s OfficeSite Enterprise product suite, which provides brokerages with Web site and software tools to qualify, distribute and manage leads.
The company will demonstrate the new product at the Triple Play Realtors Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City, Dec. 7-9, in booth #437.
