Overnight real estate rates continue flat

30-year holds at 5.35%; 10-year Treasury stays at 4.18%

Long-term mortgage interest rates were mostly unchanged Monday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield held at 4.18 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average remained at 5.35 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate dipped slightly to 4.77 percent. The 1-year adjustable was up at 3.37 percent. The 30-year Treasury bond yield dropped to 4.89 percent. Rates are current as of 7:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
