The LeadRouter system was developed for the brokers within its Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA and Sotheby's International Realty brand networks. Cendant has a business methods patent pending with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the system. LeadRouter matches the lead information with the most appropriate sales associate according to business rules established by the local broker/owner, Cendant announced.
