Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. has launched “Ready, Set, Move!,” a $15,000 online consumer sweepstakes in conjunction with HGTV’s popular “Designed to Sell” program. Coldwell Banker is a television sponsor of “Designed to Sell.”
As part of the promotion, online content from the Coldwell Banker Web site, including the company’s online home listings search engine, are integrated within the “Designed to Sell” Web site at www.hgtv.com. Visitors to the “Designed to Sell” site can click on the Coldwell Banker golden retriever mascot and enter to win $15,000. Consumers can also enter the sweepstakes directly through the Coldwell Banker Web site, www.coldwellbanker.com.
The sweepstakes runs through 5 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2004. A winner will be selected through a random drawing and notified at the end of December 2004.
“Tapping into the popularity of HGTV’s ‘Designed to Sell’ program is an ideal way for us to generate leads for Coldwell Banker affiliated companies,” said Helen Galasso, vice president of interactive marketing for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. “Along with offering the $15,000 prize, we also allow consumers to opt in to receive information from Coldwell Banker. Our messaging is then designed to attract them to the resources available on coldwellbanker.com.”
The Ready, Set, Move! sweepstakes follows last year’s similar Coldwell Banker promotional partnership with HGTV’s “Curb Appeal” program. That promotion attracted more than 1.2 million entries and 80,000 opt-ins, according to a press statement.
“Designed to Sell” airs on HGTV each Tuesday at 8 p.m.
