Timely Industries, a manufacturer of pre-finished steel doorframes, has purchased a 108,000-square-foot industrial facility in Pacoima, Calif. The value of the transaction was $7 million. Van Nuys, Calif.-based Delphi Business Properties represented Timely in the purchase, which is located on five acres of land at 12550 Montague St. Timely Industries is headquartered in 74,000 square feet of space nearby at 10241 Norris Ave. The new expansion facility for Timely is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 24 feet of minimum interior clearance and on-site parking. CB Richard Ellis represented the property sellers, Los Angeles-based Appel Family Trust. Delphi Business Properties Inc. concentrates on the industrial real estate markets in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, including Simi Valley, Conejo Valley and the Santa Clarita Valley. *** What's your opinion?
