CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of Northside Tower, a 121,520-square-foot office building located in the heart of Atlanta’s Sandy Springs neighborhood.

The transaction was valued at $10.6 million.

Built in 1971, the nine-story office building is located on the east side of Roswell Road, just north of the intersection of Hammond Drive, one-half mile north of Interstate 285. Since its opening, the building has become a landmark to the surrounding community and is recognized as the premier business location for companies desiring to do business in the heart of Sandy Springs.

The buyer was AB Northside Tower, LLC, a joint venture between Baltimore-based Alex Brown Realty and Precision Associates of Atlanta.

CB Richard Ellis acted as exclusive advisor to the seller, Fairgreen Capital, L.P. in the transaction.

Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate services firm.
