Corrigo Inc., a provider of service management tools to real estate organizations, today introduced an updated product that provides location information and mapping services for Research in Motion’s BlackBerry platform.
The tool aims to streamline service delivery by connecting dispatch, field staff and management via BlackBerry, and improve customer service, maximize staff productivity and lower costs by enhancing overall operating efficiencies.
