Resource Commercial Real Estate arranged the sale of Laguna 99 Plaza, a 205,800-square-foot shopping center in Elk Grove, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $18.6 million.

The property, built in 1990, is located on the corner of Highway 99 and Elk Grove Blvd., and is grocery-anchored by Pak ‘n Sav. Other tenants in the center include Wal Mart (not a part of the transaction), Golden 1 Credit Union, Lyons Restaurant, among others. 

Pan Pacific Retail Properties sold the property to GD Development LLC.
