The value of the transaction was $21.7 million.
The property is located at 26521, 26527 and 26531 Agoura Road.
The property was sold by W Calabasas LLC, a local developer, to Mar LLC, a family trust, in a 1031 exchange.
Built in 2001, Creekside Plaza boasted a 100 percent occupancy rate at the time of sale with noteworthy tenants including Albertsons, Starbucks and Quizno’s.
