Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial arranged the sale of a 72,454-square-foot industrial building in Poway, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $9.5 million.

The single-story with mezzanine building, located at 12889 Gregg Court, sits on approximately 4.7 acres of land. Constructed in 1998, the building offers dock-high and grade-level loading, 30-foot ceiling clear height, heavy electrical power and is located adjacent to the recently completed Kohl’s-anchored retail development. 

The buyer, Sorrento West Properties Inc., plans to occupy the building. The seller was Tecate Industries Property LLC. 

San Diego, Calif.-based Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage.
