Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the sale of the Saddleback Financial Center, a 72,980-square-foot office building in Laguna Hills, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $15.3 million.
Mission Viejo, Calif.-based Mammoth Equities purchased the property from Santa Ana, Calif.-based Triple Net Properties.
The four-story, class A office building is located at 24012 Calle De La Plata.
