AMLI Residential Properties Trust purchased AMLI at Lantana Hills (formerly the Hills of Lantana) in Austin, Texas, and sold AMLI at Chase Oaks in Dallas. The value of the transactions was not disclosed. AMLI at Lantana Hills is a 264-unit community set on 23.7 acres. The community was constructed in 2002 and contains 256,570 rentable square feet in 12 two- and three-story buildings with 152 (20 percent) one-bedroom and 112 (54 percent) two-bedroom apartment homes. The average size of the apartment homes is 972 square feet. The community includes two resort-style swimming pools, a fitness center and a resident business center. No details were disclosed regarding the Chase Oaks property.
