Real estate businesses and individual brokers and agents will be able to promote themselves in their local ZIP codes on Homes.com through a new product line called the Featured Advertiser.

 

Featured Advertiser replaces the former Lead Capture Advertising Advantage, and is the first in a series of changes Homes.com is planning.

 

The new feature appears in the form of a clickable photo that leads straight to the advertiser’s Web site, and gives advertisers exposure on every page of listings searches.

 

For the new 2005 product line, Homes.com has recreated existing products and developed two more additions, which are expected to launch in the next month.

 

Homes.com’s core products include customized real estate Web sites, a lead generation system and a consumer portal of between 700,000 and 800,000 for-sale listings. The company is the newest bi-coastal member of Trader Publishing Company, originating in San Diego and recently expanding to Norfolk, Va.
