In its second announced advertising agreement this month, Realtor.com has teamed with West USA, a prominent Arizona brokerage company, in a deal that will increase West USA’s visibility on the national home listings Web site.
West USA, which has more than 1,400 agents, will have enhanced online property listings, sign riders and “Featured Company” advertising on Realtor.com, which displays more than 2 million home listings nationwide.
West USA hopes to gain access to consumers looking for Arizona and California real estate on the Realtor.com site.
On March 30, 2005, Realtor.com will unveil the anticipated benefits of this relationship at West USA’s annual convention in Phoenix. No other terms of the deal were disclosed.
Realtor.com is the official Web site of the National Association of Realtors. The site is operated by Homestore.
Earlier this month, Realtor.com announced a new deal with NRT that gives the brokerage company’s more than 58,000 agents added exposure on the site.
