The U.S. General Services Administration has signed a new commercial lease agreement to occupy 114,286 square feet in a Washington, D.C., building, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. said this week.

The lease carries a term of 10 years.

The 159,000-square-foot office building is located at 1400 L Street N.W. in Washington, D.C. The property was 91.3 percent occupied at the time of the agreement, according to Mack-Cali.

Mack-Cali was represented by Brian Raher and Susan Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, D.C., and in-house by Mack-Cali’s Michael Grossman, executive vice president, and Michael Nevins, vice president of leasing.

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a fully integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
