Help-U-Sell Real Estate, a flat-fee real estate company, is on pace to reach 1,000 franchises by the end of the year, according to Rick O'Neil, company president. The real estate company this week announced that it has reached 800 franchises, with the 800th office scheduled to open in Fort Worth, Texas. "This milestone represents a 900 percent increase since 1999," the company announced. Company headquarters have expanded into a larger facility in Castle Rock, Colo., to manage the growth and accommodate a larger corporate staff. The opening of new regions has been a major factor in bolstering franchise development in markets such as Florida, Georgia, Texas and New Jersey, the company announced. In September, Help-U-Sell announced that it had broken the 600-franchise market and expanded its reach into 46 states.
