Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiated the sale of the Natomas Corporate Center, a class A office project in Sacramento, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $61.8 million.

The multitenant property in the South Natomas sub-market consists of two buildings totaling 292,000 square feet, and is located at 2485 and 2495 Natomas Park Drive.

Tenants at the property include Xerox, CH2M Hill, The Associated Press, River City Bank, Jacobs Engineering and MCI/Verizon.

Touchstone Investments sold the property to TA Associates Realty.

San Diego-based Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm.
