Binswanger arranged the sale of a 152,200-square-foot industrial property in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

The value of the transaction was approximately $2.1 million.

Greenball Corp., a manufacturer and wholesaler of tires and accessories under brand names such as Dirt Tamer, Mud Shark and Terra Trooper, purchased the property from Johns Manville, a building-product manufacturer.

Greenball Corp. will bring 16 new jobs to the space, which is located at 906 Hillcrest Drive, according to a press statement.

The one-story building also features 9,200 square feet of modern, air-conditioned office space.

Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization.
