Mixed movement for overnight real estate rates

30-year fixed rate up at 5.32%; 10-year Treasury down at 4.16%

Long-term mortgage interest rates were varied Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield sank to 4.16 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average inched up to 5.32 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate stayed at 4.92 percent. The 1-year adjustable was up at 3.86 percent.
