Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of Grove Park, a 106,557-square-foot shopping center in Orangeburg, S.C. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The BI-LO grocery-anchored shopping center is located at the corner of St. Matthews Road and Chestnut Street.
