Two real estate technology companies have formed a joint marketing agreement to find a wider audience for a real estate forms software system and agent marketing and productivity tools.
With headquarters in Orange County, Calif., Realigent Inc. is the developer of rDesk and HomeSeekers.com. The company offers products, applications, and services to brokers, agents, multiple listing services, builders, lenders, consumers and all constituents involved in a real estate transaction.
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas-based AutoRealty markets software products and data management services for the real estate industry. AutoRealty’s original software product, AutoContract, includes math calculations to simplify the forms process. In the past three years, AutoRealty has developed features that use the Internet to incorporate electronic signatures, e-mail, and Web-based server products into AutoContract.
Realigent will incorporate AutoRealty’s AutoContract real estate forms software system into Realigent’s flagship rDesk Web-based agent desktop application, which integrates lead generation with professional marketing flyers, comparative market analyses (CMAs), neighborhood and school reports, and automatic real estate forms (WebForms).
AutoRealty will add rDesk application to its AutoContract product line and also can resell Realigent’s WebForms, CMA Deluxe & Buyer’s Tour, SearchPoint IDX and VantagePoint Websites marketing and productivity tools for residential real estate agents.
“RDesk WebForms and AutoContract are geographically complementary, which means that our customers now will have access to a complete Web-based automatic real estate forms library no matter where they are conducting business,” said Thomas Chaffee, Realigent CEO.
