Grubb & Ellis Co. arranged the sale of a 127,561-square-foot office building in Irvine, Calif.

The transaction was valued at more than $18 million.

Denver-based BROE Real Estate purchased Irvine Corporate Center from Los Angeles-based Arden Realty Inc.

The two-story building, which was built in 1976, is located at 1821 E. Dyer Road in the Irvine Business Complex. The asset was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.

Grubb & Ellis, a provider of commercial real estate services, represented the seller in the transaction. TThe buyer represented itself.
