A private investment group has purchased The Crossings, a 108,264-square-foot shopping center in Orlando, Fla. The value of the transaction was $7.5 million. The Crossings, situated on S. Orange Blossom Trail, was built in 1987 and is anchored by Winn Dixie Marketplace and Harbor Freight Tools. Orlando Crossings Inc. purchased the property from Miami-based The Courtelis Co.
