ZipForm has partnered with Auto-RE to automate real estate business processes, the companies announced Tuesday.

ZipForm’s electronic forms software saves users time and helps reduce data-entry errors by allowing data to be entered once and used multiple times in all documents associated with a transaction. The partnership with Auto-RE aims to let the transaction data flow even further.

Auto-RE automates the entire business service ordering process of the real estate agent. From within Auto-RE, with the click of a button, the information needed to complete real estate-related business transactions is auto-populated from a ZipFormOnline transaction. With another click, the information is automatically transmitted to the real estate agent’s choice of real estate-related companies.

Instead of a real estate agent manually completing multiple order forms or placing multiple phone calls; the agent can now select their preferred company from a drop down list or enter the e-mail address of their preferred company to automatically submit requests for information and applications for title information, mortgage loan quotes, property inspections, home warranties, 1031 exchanges, property insurance, contractor services, commission advances, lead generation and concierge services.

RE FormsNet, the creator of ZipForm, is a Realtor Benefits partner and the Official Forms Software of the National Association of Realtors. ZipForm is available to more than 998,000 Realtor members in the U.S.
