All six buildings, built circa 1900, were rehabbed in the 1970’s and are currently being used as apartment rentals. The building at 23 Cortes Street contains 13 apartment units and each of the five buildings on Tremont Street contains six apartment units, except for 676 Tremont, which contains five apartment units. Together, there are 12 three-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom, six one-bedroom and three studio units.

Robert Tito, Carl Christie, both executive vice presidents/principals and Dan McGee, an associate of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, Tremont Cortes, LP, and procured the buyer, Paul G. Roiff, a Boston real estate developer.
