Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Los Angeles-based Jamison Properties in the purchase of a 69 percent leased, 698,178-square-foot office portfolio in the Los Angeles International Airport submarket of Los Angeles.
The transaction, which was valued at $70 million, included three office buildings as well as two parking structures containing 4,104 spaces.
The buildings, known as Airport Center I, II and III, are located at 6151 and 5959 West Century Blvd. and 9841 South Airport Blvd., and are situated on 9.7 acres in six parcels, all encumbered by ground leases with approximately 57 years remaining.
Jupiter Realty and GE Credit Equities sold the properties.
