Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial arranged the sale of the 76,822-square-foot Federal Express Distribution Facility in San Diego.

The value of the transaction was $11.6 million.

Situated on 6.5 acres, the single-tenant industrial building is located at 1650 47th St.

Hibiscus Investments Inc. sold the property to Levine Family Trust.
