Sixth & Nicollet LLC, a partnership between International real estate firm Hines and Morgan Stanley Real Estate, announced the sale of Fifty South Sixth Street, a 29-story office building in downtown Minneapolis. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Kan Am Grund purchased the office tower, which Hines developed in 2001.
