Colliers International recently represented local developers, SKS Investments and ROK Properties, in the sale of a three-property portfolio in San Francisco.
The value of the transaction was approximately $37.5 million.
Amsterdam-based Breevast US purchased the properties.
The properties consist of two class A office buildings comprised of 139 Townsend St. (57,782 square feet) and 301 Brannan St. (69,090 square feet), and a 24,110-square-foot parking lot at 345 Brannan St.
