Triple Net Properties represented tenant-in-common investors in the acquisition of Doral Court, a 209,075-square-foot office building in Doral, Fla.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is a suburban office complex located in the heart of the Airport West office market. Completed in 1984, this building is located at the intersection of Doral Boulevard and NW 87th Ave.

At the time of sale, the property was approximately 91 percent leased by tenants that included SunTrust Bank and the Federal Aviation Administration.

ACP/Doral Court LLC, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, sold the property.
