Colliers International arranged the sale of a 40,858-square-foot retail/office property in San Francisco. The value of the transaction was approximately $9.1 million. A group of private investors, who owned the property since 1979, sold the asset to Leon Lee, a private investor. The 10-story property is located at 26 O'Farrell St. in the city's Union Square neighborhood.
