Colliers International arranged the sale of a 40,858-square-foot retail/office property in San Francisco.

The value of the transaction was approximately $9.1 million.

A group of private investors, who owned the property since 1979, sold the asset to Leon Lee, a private investor.

The 10-story property is located at 26 O’Farrell St. in the city’s Union Square neighborhood.

Colliers is one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world with more than 248 offices in 51 countries in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and greater Asia.
