SettlementRoom has teamed up with Sonoma Enterprises on a new product accessible from the widely used Microsoft Outlook e-mail application and uses the SettlementRoom transaction management software and Agent Outlook marketing software, the companies said Monday.
The new product, SR Producer, will be available later this month and combines the SettlementRoom Web-based transaction management platform and Agent Outlook, software that adds real estate marketing, campaign management, e-mail and mail merge capabilities into existing Outlook programs.
With SR Producer, agents and offices can work online, offline, in SettlementRoom or in Outlook, or even on their PDA, and all data is easily synchronized at any time, the companies said.
According to Jonathan Cutler, president of SettlementRoom, “SR Producer represents the next generation of real estate software products, where desktop and online offerings are tightly integrated.”
Jack Bretcher, president of Sonoma Enterprises, said, “Our approach has always been to leverage the existing knowledge of industry-standard applications such as Outlook, making them more real estate-specific and easier to use. With SR Producer, I think we are delivering a real common-sense, and cost effective, alternative.”
