ERA Real Estate today announced the launch of a Direct Marketing Resource Center that is designed to help company affiliates keep in contact with their prospects and customers.

The ERA Direct Marketing Resource Center program, which can be accessed by ERA affiliates through the company’s intranet site at www.teamera.com, serves as a “one-stop” online destination for ERA affiliates’ prospecting and direct-marketing campaigns, according to a company announcement today.

Brokers and sales associates can use the center to manage their own consumer databases and a selection of print and Internet-based materials to create targeted prospecting, customer loyalty and direct marketing programs.

“More than ever, long-term success in the real estate industry is based on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships,” said Brenda W. Casserly, president and chief operating officer of ERA Real Estate, in a statement. “With our new Direct Marketing Resource Center, ERA brokers and sales associates … will now be able to more easily track how their prospect and customer outreach efforts contribute to the bottom lines of their businesses.”

ERA professionals can use the center to manage their communications to former clients with targeted consumer follow-up programs such as customizable postcards, newsletters and e-mails, the company announced. The center also allows ERA sales associates or brokers to utilize prospecting and customer follow-up messages designed for specific customers.

The new resource center is also designed to allow ERA professionals to access information and advice regarding prospecting, customer loyalty and measurement of return on investment, according to the announcement.

The ERA real estate network includes more than 36,600 brokers and sales associates and 2,800 offices throughout the United States and 28 other countries and territories. Each office is independently owned and operated except offices owned and operated by NRT Inc. ERA Franchise Systems Inc. is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp. and part of Cendant’s Real Estate Franchise Group.
