Relay, a Web-based transaction management system for real estate professionals to use and optionally share with clients, service providers and affiliates, has released a new version, the company said Monday.

Relay Version 2.0 makes it possible for agents and brokers to track and manage all activities related to a transaction; export these activities directly into Outlook Calendar; receive automatic, color-coded notifications when tasks need attention; and create custom checklist templates, organize transaction progress and repeat successful closings.

Relay already enables subscribers to easily manage documents, communications and contacts through a custom-branded Web site. With Version 2.0, real estate agents can create activity checklists to improve efficiency, mitigate risk of errors and omissions, and increase overall customer satisfaction. 

Relay is an online transaction system for real estate professionals. It allows the tracking and management of all information related to a real estate transaction from listing through closing, including transaction contracts and documents, listing and sale information, and all communication generated throughout the transaction.

The Relay system also allows users to enable assistants, other agents or transaction facilitators to participate in the process.

Relay also features one-click integration with ZipForm and WINForms Online, the official real estate forms software of the National Association of Realtors.
