First American Fulfillment Solutions today announced the release of Mortgage Lead Servicing, a comprehensive lead management, lead qualification and lead servicing tool for the mortgage industry.

Mortgage Lead Servicing combines private-labeled call center and lead management capabilities with Dorado Corp.’s loan pricing and point-of-sale technology. This system incorporates inbound and outbound call campaign support with loan qualification, consultation, application administration and processing, aiming to effectively integrating all facets of mortgage processing beginning at the point of sale.
