Homebuyers with Web-enabled mobile phones can find listing information on any property in their area by entering the first few numbers of an address into agent Web sites optimized for mobile devices by mobiManage.Tulsa, Okla.-based mobiManage says the latest version of its mobile Web sites for agents, mobiAgent Version 3.0, features a QuickFind MLS search field. After entering the first few numbers of an address, buyers can view all the standard multiple listing service information, including photos and Google Mobile map location links, as well as the agent's e-mail address and click-to-call phone number.The application allows buyers to save properties they are interested in, which automatically sends an e-mail to the agent listing the buyer's name, phone number, and the property of interest.
