Rental price assessment site Rentometer.com has rolled out a new property management system, site owner Investment Instruments Corp. announced today. Rentometer.com allows tenants and landlords to plug in an address and rent amount to get an analysis of how their rent compares to other rental properties in their location. Now, RentometerPro will provide landlords with a place to manage and automate many aspects of managing a rental property. The system includes tenant screening, an online rent-payment system, vacancy ad postings to sites such as Craigslist, and an online vendor payment system that allows landlords to assess per-unit costs, among other things. The cost of the system starts at $9.99 a month depending on the number of properties under management, the company said."Landlords go through a lot of steps to rent a property.
