Episode 16: Can consumers trust real estate agent reviews? In this episode of The Wheel Estate Cam, broker Frank LLosa of Frankly Realty discusses two implementations of agent reviews: one by the Houston Association of Realtors and another by brokerage company Redfin. "Positive and negative feedback is more realistic, and that’s what consumers want," he says.
