Global residential real estate franchisor ERA Real Estate, a Realogy subsidiary, has revamped its website.
The property-search box is now "front and center" on the ERA.com home page. Users are also now able to search for commercial and resort properties, real estate agents and offices on the home page. The company also optimized the site for top search terms in real estate.
"The majority of homebuyers and sellers start their real estate buying and selling process online and they want robust information that is easy to navigate in a visually compelling format," said Charlie Young, the company’s president and CEO, in a statement.
In conjunction with the new site design, the company purchased a video billboard ad in New York City’s Times Square that will run through the end of the year. The company expects the billboard, which promotes the brand and website, to net more than 1 million ad views for ERA Real Estate daily.
The ERA network has about 30,000 brokers and sales associates in about 2,500 independently owned offices worldwide.
